What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Delivery is free to the UK & USA. Other countries please see our delivery page for specific prices.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as paypal. You can pay via paypal with or without a paypal account.

How long will delivery take?

A large percentage of our products are made to order. There is a turnaround time from order point to delivery of around 2 – 4 weeks as standard.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Our website is very secure. We use https (ssl) to enable our data to be secured. We comply with GDPR by allowing you to process your order with us as a guest or by registering your details with us. We never hold your credit or debit card details. Your payment details are published via paypal and not held on our servers. Your personal information such as address and email address are held on our and by creating an account you can edit and delete this as you wish. We will never contact you unless you choose to sign up for our newsletter, which we think is worth while as it allows us to keep you in the loop about new products, sales and bespoke offers.

What exactly happens after ordering?

Your order is processed the very same day if your order before 3pm BST. Your order may be held or manufactured in China, USA or Russsia and will be packed once ready for shipment.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Every single order receives an invoice/sales receipt once your order has been processed. Full payment must be made and clear before the order is processed.
